Our garage door was not closing evenly and when released from the garage door opener/motor, it was so heavy you could barely open it manually. We thought the garage door needed new springs as the quote from another company ($927-$1,004) following an on-site inspection indicated were required to get the door working in safe condition. Mid-Valley responded quickly to our home within the same day. Ken was very professional and confirmed that the springs were still in good condition and only needed to be reset. The total cost for significant adjustment to the location of the spings to allow future spring reset, new spring end bearing plates, tax and labor was only $206!
